Every autumn, the Gold Harvester vibrates to the rhythm of an eagerly awaited moment: the start of the grape harvest . This year, it will begin on September 11, 2025 and, depending on the weather, should last 4 to 5 weeks .
True to our artisanal approach, 90% of our grapes are harvested by hand , a meticulous process that preserves all the aromatic richness of our wines.
A word from our winemaker

Once again this year, Mother Nature spoiled us in July and August with beautiful temperatures accompanied by a slight drought that was beneficial for the vines. The harvest is remarkably healthy, ripe, and of high quality. The 2025 vintage will certainly be another year that will go down in the annals of the Orpailleur! Cheers - Charles-Henri de Coussergues
The grape harvest is more than just a harvest: it's a highlight of the season, a time when we reap the rewards of a whole year's work, and where conviviality and sharing blend with a passion for wine. It's also an opportunity for our visitors to see the teams at work in the vineyards and to feel the vibrant energy that animates our vineyard.
