On September 14, Le Devoir published a great article on pioneers of sustainable viticulture in Quebec, including our winemaker Charles-Henri de Coussergues, written by sommelier and author Michelle Bouffard.
In this article, Michelle Bouffard highlights these winegrowers who have contributed to the emergence of this beautiful winemaking tradition in our region.
She also presents three bottles that she describes as “worthy of the Quebec terroir” including our sparkling wine , Orpailleur Brut !
