What are the opening hours of the Vineyard?

Can we have a guided tour?

Yes, our guided tours are available during the high tourist season.

Can I come and visit the vineyard by bike?

Yes, l’Orpailleur is "Proudly bike-friendly!" and gladly welcomes cyclists.

Bike racks are available at the entrance of the vineyard; please bring what you need to secure your bike.

Is it possible to picnic at the Vineyard?

Yes, we have plenty of picnic tables on site available to our guests. We invite you to bring your tablecloth.

Can we do tastings? Do we need to book?

Yes, tastings are available!

Consult the tasting package schedules on the Visit Us page.

If you want to ensure your tasting at your desired time—especially during busy periods—it is possible to book in advance.

👉 Please note: reservations are mandatory for groups of 8 people or more.

Is there a charge for visiting the Économusée du vigneron & interpretation trail?

It's a free activity at l'Orpailleur.

My dog ​​is well trained. Can he come visit the vineyard with me?

Yes, your canine companion is welcome at the Vineyard. We kindly ask for your cooperation in keeping them on a leash on our property.

Unfortunately, they cannot explore the inside of the shop in order to respect the experience of all our visitors.

Can we stay overnight at the Vineyard in our self-contained RV?

Yes, if you are a member of the Terego network. From May 15 to October 31, three spaces are available for vehicles up to 55 feet.

Is the site wheelchair accessible?

Yes, l’Orpailleur – Économusée du vigneron has been certified accessible by Kéroul since 2022. This certification means that our facilities meet the main accessibility criteria and offer a visitor experience adapted to most people with reduced mobility.

Our wines

Can I get your wines elsewhere than at the Vineyard?

Some of our wines are available at the SAQ, in grocery stores and fine food stores, as well as on restaurant menus across Quebec.

Some of our vintages are produced in small quantities, and we reserve the pleasure of selling them directly at the Winery.

Some of your cuvées are sold out. Can I reserve bottles of the next vintage in advance?

We operate with waiting lists.

Contact us by email, specifying the name of the wine for which you would like to be informed of its availability.

We will gladly write to you as soon as the new vintage is released!

Are your wines vegan?

Yes, no animal products are used at any point in the production of our wines.

Are dogs allowed in the restaurant?

In order to provide a quality experience to our customers and our dedicated team, dogs are not allowed in the restaurant.

Home delivery

What is the minimum number of bottles per order?

A minimum of 12 bottles is required for home delivery.

No minimum bottles per product. Thus, your box can contain both 12 different bottles and 12 bottles of your favorite product.

What is the delivery delay?

Your order will be delivered within 7 business days. We deliver everywhere in Quebec.

Can we have our order delivered outside the province of Quebec?

No, Vignoble de l'Orpailleur delivers only in the province of Quebec.

I am a restaurateur and I would like to have an order delivered to me, how does it work?

Our online store is for individuals. Restaurateurs are invited to visit the Services for Restaurateurs page for tailored service.

Collect your order at the Vineyard

How it works?

It's simple and free!

  1. Add the desired number of bottles to your shopping cart,
  2. As your delivery method, select "Pick up" then proceed to checkout,
  3. We will send you an email when your order is ready for pickup,
  4. Pick up your order at the Winery!

What is the minimum number of bottles required per order?

There is no minimum bottle quantity per order if you select the "pick up" delivery method at the Vineyard during your online purchase.

What information do I need to pick up my order at the Vineyard?

To pick up your order, please present:

  • your "Ready for Pick Up" email confirmation with your order number,
  • two pieces of photo identification.

How long do I have to collect my order?

We ask that you pick up your item within 90 days of receiving confirmation that it is ready for collection.

When will my online order be ready for pickup?

Your order will be ready for pickup within 1-7 business days. Please check your inbox for the "Ready for Pickup" email and instructions.

Gift cards

How it works?

When you purchase a gift card, you will receive an email with a unique gift card code that you can apply at checkout.

You can use the gift card to make purchases in our online store and in person at the Vineyard boutique.

The balance of a gift card can be spent on more than one order. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which may include taxes and shipping charges.

How to use an online gift card?

On our online store, you can use a gift card by entering its unique code in the appropriate field on the checkout page.

When you use a gift card on our online store, the order displays one of the following options:

  • If the available balance on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, you can click Complete order.
  • If the available balance on the gift card is less than the order total, you will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.

How to use a gift card on site at the Vineyard?

Present your gift card at checkout at the time of transaction.

Is my gift card valid at the Vignoble le Tire-Bouchon restaurant?

No, gift cards are not valid at the Vignoble restaurant.

What is the validity period?

Our gift cards have no expiration dates.

Can I use more than one gift card to make a purchase?

Yes, a customer can redeem another gift card at checkout.

Can a gift card be used more than once?

Yes, provided there is a balance on the card.
