What are the opening hours of the Vineyard?

Can we taste? Should we book?
Yes, our Tasting Package is available Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
No reservation is required.
Do you offer tours?
Yes, our guided tours are available during high tourist season. Check our availability and get your tickets online .
My dog is well trained. Can he come visit the vineyard with me?
Yes, your canine companion is accepted at the Vineyard. We ask for your cooperation so that he is kept on a leash on our site.
Unfortunately, he cannot discover the interior of the store in order to respect the experience of all our visitors.
Is it possible to picnic at the Vineyard?
Yes, we have plenty of picnic tables on site available to our guests.
We invite you to bring your tablecloth.
Can we spend the night at the Vineyard in our autonomous motorized vehicle?
Are you a member of the TEREGO network? If so, you can enjoy the beauty of the Vineyard and settle down in the heart of the vineyards for a night.
Space is currently available for a vehicle up to 55 feet.

It's a free activity!
Can I come and visit the vineyard by bike?
Yes! The Vignoble de l'Orpailleur is "Proudly cycling!" and welcomes cyclists who ride on the “La doyenne des vignes” circuit (76 km) with pleasure.
Bike racks are available at the entrance to the Vineyard, please provide the necessary to secure your bike.
We have a repair kit to secure and/or repair your bike.
Is the site accessible for wheelchairs?

In 2022, the Vignoble de l'Orpailleur – Économusée du vigneron was certified as being a place accessible to people in
disability situation.
The accessible rating means that the establishment meets
all the accessibility criteria relating to the visitor's journey and offers a satisfactory visiting experience for the majority of people
with a motor impairment.

Our wines
Can I get your wines elsewhere than at the Vineyard?
Some of our wines are available at the SAQ, in grocery stores and delicatessens as well as on restaurant menus across Quebec. Some of our cuvées are produced in small quantities and we reserve the pleasure of selling them directly to the Vineyard.
Some of your cuvées are sold out. Can I reserve bottles of the next vintage in advance?
We work with reminder lists.
Contact us by email specifying the name of the wine for which you wish to be informed of the availability.
We will write to you with pleasure as soon as the new vintage is released!
Are your wines vegan?
Yes, no animal products are used at any time during the production of our wines.
The Vineyard is also part of The Social Herbivore vegan vineyard directory.
Collect your order at the Vineyard
How it works?
It's simple and free!
1. Add the number of bottles you want to your shopping cart,
2. As the delivery method, choose the "Collect" option then proceed to payment,
3. We will email you to let you know that your order is ready for collection,
4. Pick up your order at the Vineyard!
What is the minimum number of bottles required per order?
There is no minimum number of bottles per order if you select the "pick up" delivery method at the Vineyard during your online purchase.
What information do I need to pick up my order at the Vineyard?
To pick up your order, please bring:
- your “Ready for Pickup” email confirmation with your order number,
- two pieces of photo ID.
What is the difference between in-store collection and home delivery?
Collection at the Vineyard is free; you have no shipping costs to pay and you can buy the number of bottles you want.
If you prefer that your order be sent to your home, delivery charges of $2/bottle apply and a minimum of 12 bottles per order is required.
How long do I have to collect my order?
We ask that you pick up your item within 90 days of receiving confirmation that it is ready for collection.
When will my online order be ready for pickup?
Your order will be ready for pickup within 1-7 business days. Please check your inbox for the "Ready for Pickup" email and instructions.
Home delivery
What is the minimum number of bottles per order?
A minimum of 12 bottles is required for home delivery.
No minimum bottles per product. Thus, your box can contain both 12 different bottles and 12 bottles of your favorite product.
What is the delivery delay?
Your order will be delivered to you in 7 working days.
We deliver everywhere in Quebec.
Can we have our order delivered outside the province of Quebec?
No, Vignoble de l'Orpailleur delivers only in the province of Quebec.
I am a restaurateur and I would like to have an order delivered to me, how does it work?
Our online store is aimed at individuals. Restaurant owners are invited to visit the Services to restaurant owners page for a tailor-made service for them.
Gift cards
How it works?
When you purchase a gift card, you will receive an email containing a unique gift card code, the value of which you can apply at checkout.
You can use the gift card to make purchases in our online store and in person at the Vineyard store.
The balance of a gift card can be spent on more than one order. Gift card balances are applied to the total value of an order, which may include taxes and shipping.
How to use an online gift card?
When making a purchase on our online store, you can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code in the appropriate field on the payment page.
When redeeming a gift card on our online store, the checkout will display one of the following options:
• If the available balance on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, you can click Complete Order.
• If the available balance on the gift card is less than the order total, you are prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.
How to use a gift card on site at the Vineyard?
Present your gift card at checkout at the time of transaction.
Is my gift card valid at the Vignoble le Tire-Bouchon restaurant?
No, they are not valid at the Vineyard restaurant. They are only applicable on our wines and gourmet products in store.
What is the validity period?
Our gift cards have no expiration dates.
Can a gift card be used to pay for home delivery costs?
Yes, gift cards are deducted from the final order total, which includes shipping and taxes.
Can I use more than one gift card to make a purchase?
Yes, a customer can redeem another gift card at checkout.
Can a gift card be used more than once?
Yes, provided there is a balance on the card.
Vineyard Restaurant
Is the restaurant open?
The Vignoble's seasonal restaurant is open from June 3 to October 22, 2023.
Dinner:
Monday to Sunday: 10:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Lunch and dinner:
Friday: 10:30 a.m. – 8 p.m.
During my visit to the Vineyard, I want to eat at the restaurant Le Tire-Bouchon. How can I reserve a table?
Check the availability of the restaurant and book your table online via Libro Booking .
Are dogs allowed in the restaurant?
In order to provide a quality experience to our customers and our dedicated team, dogs are not allowed in the restaurant.
