Sweet wine, 200 ml

From our winter to your glass!
Sweet wine with aromas of apricot, honey, candied fruits and mango. On the palate, this complexity of flavors is supported by a refreshing acidity and a beautiful balance, with notes of impressive fruits.
- Grape variety: Vidal
- 9% alc./vol.
Elaboration method
Exceptional wine made from overripe winter harvest grapes picked between -8°C and -12°C, which promotes the desiccation of the berries and a richer and more concentrated must. While 100 kg of grapes normally yields 70 to 75 L of must, this volume is only 12 to 15 L for our precious ice wine.
Pairings
Pairings
As an aperitif or with foie gras canapes, crepes with goat cheese and peach jam, fruit garden, strawberry and rhubarb tart or apple tart.

This wine is certified IGP Quebec ice wine
Ice wines certified by the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) are 100% grown and produced in Quebec. So you know it's an authentic local wine.
A certification that tastes so good... we'd be crazy to pass it up!
Quebec Ice Wine, "the wine of the extreme"
While most grapes worldwide are harvested in summer weather conditions, these grapes are harvested not only in the snow, but in extreme temperatures nearing -12C. What a challenge for winemakers from the South of France!
