Pressed rosé. Its color is delicate, shiny with salmon notes. On the nose, aromas of small red fruits and acacia flowers are fully expressed. On the palate, we find the white flower and strawberry notes. It is a well-balanced, delicate wine with a very pleasant and refreshing finish.

  • Grapes: seyval noir, petite perle, vidal
  • 11.5% alc./vol. / 750ml

Pairings

As an aperitif or with shrimp and scallop skewers with citrus zest, fennel sausages, salmon trout, grilled zucchini and feta on mint couscous, a croque-monsieur or half a grilled avocado with shrimp salad .

Aging & Service

Serving temperature: 8 to 12°C
Recommended storage time: 2 years to preserve its fruit aromas and freshness.
