    Reviews

"It was the parents of the Champagne trainees who encouraged Charles-Henri to make sparkling wine in 1991 using the traditional method, which is the highest quality. The result was conclusive! Composed of equal parts Seyval and Vidal, this wine is full character. Generous notes of red apple and brioche round out the high acidity, and the dosage of 5 g/L is fully integrated. Perfect as an aperitif with gougères.»
    - Michelle Bouffard, Le Devoir, September 14, 2024

"The impression of floating between a Spanish cava and a crémant from France while being... Quebecois. This is what emerges from this beautiful bubble staged by Charles-Henri de Coussergues and his team with this blend of Vidal and Seyval that has nothing to envy its European counterparts. And original with that!"
    - Jean Aubry, The Duty

"This vintage shows accents of white fruits, sometimes cooked, sometimes very ripe, then on toasted notes with aeration. The effervescence was well managed, we perceive that the producer left time for the bubbles to assert themselves, form and persist, so that the wine develops on its own and offers pastry aromas."
    - Guénaël Revel alias Mr. Bulles
