    Reviews

“The impression of floating between a Spanish cava and a crémant from France while being… Quebecois. This is what emerges from this beautiful bubble staged by Charles-Henri de Coussergues and his team with this blend of Vidal and Seyval which has nothing to envy to its European colleagues. And original with that! »
    - Jean Aubry, Le Devoir

“This cuvée reveals accents of white fruits, sometimes cooked, sometimes very ripe, then on toasted notes with aeration. The effervescence was well managed, we can see that the maker gave time for the bubbles to assert themselves, knot and persist, so that the wine expands on its own and offers pastry aromas. »
    - Guénaël Revel alias Mr. Bubbles
