Golden color, fine and persistent bubbles. The mouth is supple and well balanced with a nice freshness. Its notes of cooked apples, pear, tarte tatin and biscuit make these bubbles most seductive.
- Grape varieties: Seyval, Vidal
- 12% alc./vol. / 750 ml
Method of elaboration
Traditional method with a second fermentation in the bottle and 18 months of aging in the cellar.

The Magnum (1.5L) is not available for home delivery due to lack of suitable and secure packaging. It is available with the in-store pickup option via our online store or directly from the Vignoble boutique.

To ensure safe transport, we ship in full cases:
- First case: 12 bottles.
- Additions: In multiples of 6 bottles (18, 24, 30, etc.).
- Mixed (assorted) wines possible.
