After a mild spring and a very hot and dry summer, it is almost time for the harvest in the vineyard. These will officially begin on September 7 for 4 to 5 weeks of harvest. Charles-Henri de Coussergues, co-owner and winemaker, announces a promising harvest. Mother Nature has been generous in giving us several heat waves and many hours of sunshine. We will certainly have quantity and quality this year.
During the harvest we invite you to:
- Discover our new boutique;
- Discover the outdoor wine trail;
- Explore the new interpretation route surrounding our buildings;
- Eat at the Tire-Bouchon restaurant (on reservation at 450 295-3335) or picnic on the site.
Please note that we do not currently offer tastings. The experience of our customers, visitors and friends has always been at the heart of our priorities. Given the current circumstances, we are unable to provide a pleasant tasting experience for you and our dedicated staff. However, you can buy a bottle of wine at the boutique and enjoy it outside on one of the picnic tables on site.
